Students stomach straightforward ask their tutors and reform understanding because the tutors are specialized in those subjects. In addition, students chiffonier interact with others which is face to face interaction. It improves their communication skills rapidly. Students become much socialize and they besides can make friends from different countries. The instructors can gain the feedbacks from the students directly. thither has online discussion through e-learning but it is not practical. Before applying e-learning, every family should have one computer. However, some families cannot turn over to buy a computer. I think it is not the term to implement e-learning fully in Malaysia.

It cannot assure that everybody will meet the online courses because there is no guidance on e-learning. Although e-learning is visualized, the instructors can also make the power point slides become more evoke and attractive. Apart from this, e-learning will make the unemployment rate rises in countries. There are a lot of lecturers and instructors could not find a job in the education areas. In my opinion, E-learning should be employ on institutions because those workers can learn flexibly. They can feel abandon to learn after they are finishing their works and companies can provide computers for them too.
