Abstract
Introduction:
private and national cultures deduce from peoples personal values and penetrate the utilization of effective managerial lead and successful firms performances. There should be a relationship surrounded by leadership styles and organizational cultures. ar leadership styles heathenly-related?
Purpose:
Purpose of this article is to evaluate the rudiments that form understanding of leadership. This paper tries to explore which styles of leadership ar realized in different cultures by sketching the relationship between culture and leadership.
Methodology:
The study willing identify whether cultural background expedites the revelation of various leadership styles. Secondary information is the main source of his article. Results of a survey that had been exculpateed between twain groups of middle managers from two separated cultural background will be used. Also a survey will conduct between ILG employees in Iran on the basis of MLQ.
Results:
Transactional leadership is straightened with the ratings of respondents from Iran and Malaysia powerfully.
In contrary, Australian respondents mutually related to transformational leadership. These results encourage other enquiry findings that suggested a direct influence of culture on leadership styles.
Discussion/Conclusion:
Survey explored considerable differences between leadership styles and cultural backgrounds. It suggests that participants view leadership in different perspectives. On the basis of findings, this study suggests that comprehension on leadership climb is different from one culture to another.
