Abstract
The purpose of this radical is to picture an information based measurement of the complexity of a find come out activity. A project manager defined complexity generating portion (CGF) matrix is used to identify CGFs with regard to worker (s) carrying out a crabbed project activity. The position of a particular CGF in the matrix governs the amount of information associated with it.
The contribution of this paper is in developing information based metric to birth intuitive understanding of the complexity of the project activity (CPA) from the locating of the project manager and as a tool to mapping workers to simpler project activities.

Introduction
Project managers and practioners in the area of project precaution frequently imbibe their projects as simple or complex when discussing management issues [1]. This indicates a practical acceptance that complexity makes a difference to the management of projects [2]. Complexity models provides project managers and leadership teams with direction on how to define up a project and manage it based on its level of complexity so that risk can be minimised [3]. Further there is an increasing agreement that understanding complexity is important for project management because of the difficulties associated with decisions making...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
