(1)Introduction and back anchor grounds
Since their discovery by Landesteiner in 1900, the ABO blood collections select been of great interest.
Correlation between ABO blood group and susceptibility to certain infected diseases is well documented. In studies of a Chilean population, patients of blood group B had 50% greater probability than those of other blood groups of contracting Escherichia coli urinary tract infections.
The antigens of ABO blood groups are present in 2 forms:
(a) alcohol-soluble in tissues of all subjects
(b) Water-soluble in almost corpse fluids and organs of secretors.
The non-secretor state has been linked with the susceptibility to certain infectious agents.
, Haverkorn and Goslings found that patients in blood groups other than O and non-secretor patients were most susceptible to rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease, and rigging of group A streptococci was observed more practically in non-secretors

UTI is an aggressive disease especially among children and there are many millions of child dies every year due to UTI and its complications, so the study of such disease and correlation with blood group take my all concern specially there is no published study on this topic in Sudan
