Problem Statement
Siebel is set about an uphill battle of reaching an aggressive market dispense goal while balancing it with the right client operate appropriate to keep up the momentum. Protech, one of Siebels samara customers is complaining that their SSE implementation has taken a clop for the worse and is threatening to pull the plug. * Siebels senior management does non seem to have visibility into the implementation of its software in some of its key customers. This is evident in the Protech case, where Siebel did not subsist the issue until it was escalated directly to him.
