Movie go over of The Odyssey
The photographic film that I absorb recently watched was based on The Odyssey by Homer. The Odyssey came out in 1997. This film was produced in Los Angeles. The director was Andrei Konchalovsky. The producer was Dyson Lovell. The main characters were Armand Assante (Odysseus), Isabella Rossellini (Athena), and Greta Scacchi (genus Penelope). After watch the scene and reading the daybook The Odyssey I would approximately give it 2 stars.
My ranking is low because I truely didnt check the movie or the book. The movie seemed to fake to me because of the blood and the images in the back while Odysseus was in the boat. A lot of the images were veracious but not good enough. When I read the write up actually sound real but after watching the movie I didnt believe anything it was showing me. The still thing that looked real was the Cyclopes even though I know there fiction. The one eye looked like it belonged there.
The movie and the book were two different versions. The book was not evoke at all but the movie was a small bit more interesting. The best part of the movie was The swindle. I say this because it caught my attention when Penelope was having her baby Telemachus.
When that happened I thought it would be a great movie. The characters of the movie did a decent job. Odysseus was the best character out of the whole completed movie because he didnt give up on finding his way back home to his wife Penelope and his son Telemachus. Athena was also one of my favorite characters because she seemed so real.
The movie The Odyssey wasnt what I expected because when you read the book you would have thought there were many different trials and tribulations. The images in the movie were fine. A few of them didnt seem real but a lot of them kind of did such as the tigers and the men turning into pigs.
