The shaping I belong to is a child cathexis facility. Child care requires a leadershiphip style which is verifying and built on relationships. Relationships are at the center of the organization and the relationship is between people and organization. Human resource is slightly human needs and based to serve those human needs. Listening, trying to figure out what a soul wants and how a person is feeling is the basic concept. While other approaches could care slight about a persons feelings, human resource is the exact opposite. It tries to figure out where a person is sexual climax from in order to meet their desires. Human resource leaders go overboard in order to try and payoff in everyone happy all the time. The organization almost always allow find that there are people who will take advantage of the organization. The organizational culture of child care is correspondent to the human resource in that it exists to serve human needs. The leadership style is supportive and visible. They share information and move determination making downward into the organization as well as have upward communication.

The organizations history is reflected when you graduation walk into the building. Parents are greeted by a photo of a grandfather of the founder of the organization sharing his beliefs and explaining the organizations history. History is also explained in the parent/employee handbook because its important for the people to understand. The organizations values remember that children learn through active hands on elaboration with materials, equipment and activities.
